Parmesan Chicken Cakes

Whole Wheat French Toast

Whole Wheat French Toast
-5 slices of whole wheat bread
-4 eggs
-cinnamon

-Whisk Eggs and Cinnamon together, completely
-In a large skillet, I used the stove, spray with cookie pray and heat at medium high heat. soak bread in mixture until covered, and then transfer to skillet

-Its about 2 minutes on each side, but its best to check in case your skillet is hotter after about a minute and a half, towards the end it will be less time because your skillet has gotten hotter
-repeat!
-Add your favorite toppings, like syrup and  powdered sugar, or fruit!

Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

-1 1/2 cups of cocoa
-2 pound bag of confectioners sugar
-4 tablespoons of milk
-2 tablespoons of vanilla

-First you want to cream butter and shortening, medium speed
-then add vanilla and cocoa (medium speed)
-it will be very stiff and then you'll add sugar slowly at a low/med speed
-then add milk, I let mine just mix at a higher speed.

Since there is milk, refrigerate for up to 2 weeks

Place mixture in cupcake holders, then with the last 2 tablespoons of butter mix with brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Spoon on top
Bake for 20 minutes

Once finished baking take out of cupcake tin and place on another sheet. Can be a little messy, I would wait a minute because they are hot!
